MAEPS is directly accessible from the Kajang-Bangi Expressway and the South Klang Valley Expressway for conventioneers from the Klang Valley. It is also served by the Damansara-Puchong Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, KL-Putajaya Highway and Besraya Highway.

Conventioneers comming from the administrative capital of Putrajaya are only ten-minutes car ride to MAEPS.

Plans are also underway to construct an Electrical Rail Line (ERL) which will served the KLIA-MAEPS-Kuala Lumpur route.
